Zelensky is part of the problem. The other part is the United States Congress. Zelensky didn't give himself 150 billion dollars. He didn't vote for unmonitored distributions. He didn't say, as the good Senator from Hawaii said, "before any dollars go to Maui fire victims we must authorize more money for Ukraine."
New & honest leadership in Ukraine would be welcome. Let's hope Congress gets with the program too. Sending "no strings attached" billions to Zelensky almost makes it looks like some of the money found its way back home.
