Alarming [Admittedly Off Subject] Breaking News: The Bar Exam is being dropped in Uni-State California/Oregon/Washington. The new path to licensure will be 6 months of interning with a law firm [all of which will, one day soon, be made up entirely of people who themselves didn't take the bar]. Why does this matter? The day is fast coming when lawyers will not be tested in Constitutional Law. Think about that --- we will live in a country in which our legal representatives aren't versed in the principles of Due Process, Freedom of Speech & Assembly or Equal Protection. What could go wrong?
